thanks for clarifying. if it is unlicensed, than i don't think the board will allow that. sucks that it is unlicensed but the statue does look amazing for unlicensed one.

I do know folks complain about the price. “Licensed cost but unlicensed”.

this cost for this i saw is high around 1600, but the quality looks great too with the details. if this was licensed, it would have cost even more like 2k+
