On MFC, I have seen photos of the figure that do have the same defect (assuming you are not the one who posted the images on MFC haha). I think its probably not a "defect" and was just designed to be seen from a higher angle. But when you look at it from some angles, the eyes look odd because of this.
I was considering the re-release, but I feel like its a bit too much red on the statue for me. Would have like it if they did one of him with his robes. Oooh, and maybe one of Darth Talon
