At first I didn't see it and had to check mine. I see it now. I don't think I would have ever noticed that if it was missing on mine.

Well hot damn that's some good inspection Tiger, the more you look at this awesome statue the more likely you will find something wrong with it, blue caps missing from thrusters that's new.

Got my replacement gauntlet. Still has issues.
below are pics of the original issues...if you see the green and yellow gems you'll see paint flakes... Look carefully since they are hard to differentiate from a light reflection.

i got a replacement body from the store I bought mine at that no longer has any damage on it but now one of its feet sits about 1/2" off the throne. wtf?!?!?!

Frick. That's why the need to replace the whole piece, throne and all.
The base and figure of these pieces are meant to go with each other specifically. They're not necessarily interchangeable.
