Yeah i get you are saying definitely cause i never look at stuff with a microscope I’m not accusing him he’s a good seller seems to be a real cool guy and concerned I just happened to look at the mouth I always do that with bust with teeth showing I definitely see how he could have overlooked it I do it a lot when I sell something people may point out stuff I missed cause I just wasn’t looking at it like that that’s actually why I started this thread trying to see if I was being anal at close to 3k spent or not

I don’t expect it just not sure what I should expect as far as someone doing a touch up is it that simple? Actually I don’t know anyone that could just touch it up if I could do it myself I would not looking to rip the seller off but if it comes across like that maybe I should just return it

Hmmm the teeth are so magnificent , you would notice it. He may just have forgot to mention it when selling which can happen.
I have the piece and to be honest, I could live with it as its not major. If you have paid top money, the seller should be able to agree a fair partial refund . Should be a straight forward touch up that you can do yourself.

Its an amazing bust.

Ask Rafael (rrjrstatueman on this forum) for advice.. he works with dental acrylic.. the touch up itself isn't difficult, you just need the right material/color.

It's possible he was oblivious to it. But speaking for myself when it comes to statues this expensive I do look them over very closely (without 300% zooms or flash) to make sure there are no imperfections. Obviously there big enough for Nemisis to see them with the naked eye or he wouldn't be posting in here about them.

If this was a $400 SS statue I would say no big deal... but at $2400 your going to be a bit more picky about it.
