Anyone able get PCS on the phone or get an email back?

Hi, dont mean to start a flame war but Ive been trying my hardest just to get a status updte/adress change on my preorders and can't reach anyone for almost a month now.

Tried using different email to send?
What number are you calling?

Tried sending a brand new email?
Tried copying the email from the newsletter link to insure accuracy?

I spoke to them on the phone Monday.

Yep that looks correct. Be sure you send a brand new email and don't just reply to one.
May have to call several times throughout the day to get an answer.

I Emailed about a broken Ken head I received about three weeks ago and Aurora replied asking for photos within hours. I sent them in and she immediately went radio silent, and has responded to any replies to that E-Mail or any fresh E-Mails I’ve sent since. The level of terrible that the PCS CS has reached since the ownership changed is just off the charts.

It seems their new "automated" email sorting system may be errantly auto-directing any email with "refund" in the title directly to the spam folder.
