Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

AP usually has better quality than production imo. At least to my comparison of statues. On one of my statue (AP) the paintjob is solid while my other one (non ap) is pretty bad. Not to mention the fit is better on the AP.

Curious if anyone else out there having this issue?
I have my first AP coming in and I wonder if my comments on the forums about PCS might effect me receiving my AP.
Also, I always thought that an AP was just a statue that Jerry unpackaged himself and looked over but not really making any particular changes to it if looks the way it should. APs today seem to not be all that important in the way they used to be.

If that was truly the case, then collectors would just want AP's and say "screw the rest"

I think now they're just a fun sales gimmick. Nothing more.

They've always said APs are inspected.
I take that to mean they open one up look it over quick and set it up. If there are issues they move to another.
That would explain getting one "better than the batch".

No I don't believe they are given special attention at the factories.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

APS are the exact as production everyone else is getting don’t be fooled further more when pcs had a huge cancelation/return/refund for ninjas everyone magically got APS for the 2 ninjas.

If anyone’s fabric is different then mine from what seems the 50 aps pcs handed out holla at me I want to see the good fabric That was put on the APs or a chest for that matter. My ninjas have no chest just flat like the factories attempts at mixed media.
