Superpowers Batman Black Suit and Blue Suit have some minor variations other than paint. Emblem, belt, cowl bat ear length and facial hair. That's the only one I can think of though.

Considering costs nowadays, I'm just super doubtful. Supes 2.0 was a huge miss, when all they needed to do was add a bearded portrait.

Just my opinion, but if you're not going to take the time to do a variant correctly (like how Sideshow did with their purple costume variant), then there's no reason to do it at all.

I don't even consider that a variant. A mirrored general pose, and similar base, are the only similarities. The rest is all new sculpt.
Sinestro is more a variant... some changes to his suite details, but otherwise the same statue.
