Every other week is the same response... dam it takes forever. Lets all hope that they are better quality and we won't experience the same breaking problems again.

"They should ship next week. Just got them on Wednesday!"

That was on the sixth of July, no shipping notification yet.

I asked Debbie about it in San Diego. They were supposed to come in the same shipment as Supergirl, but didn’t. Chad was very unhappy and called to let the factory know. They promised to ship them expedited. Debbie was hoping that they’d arrive while they were in San Diego, or shortly after they got home.

I know that China has the manufacturing facilities now, and supposedly it’s cheaper to produce over there but Damm! Seems to me like it’s ripe for an Entrepreneur to start a statue factory in America with an Emphasis on Quality and no overseas shipping costs.

This has been a fairly frustrating experience and defintiely has stopped me from ordering anything further from them.

I can wait. I know they're taking care of it as much as they can for something that is out of their control.

Same here. This whole issue turned me away from Tweeterhead. I won't be buying anymore from them.

Not me. I know they will make it right in the end. You have to be patient, they can’t make product instantly appear, and it not like they themselves packed the head into the boxes which ended up breaking. That would be the factory, not Tweeterhead.
