Clear wings with some translucent paint might work.
Might not want them as clear as the artwork. It would be hard to see them on display.

I do hope that little support piece underneath the front foot is not permanent. The back foot doesn't have it.

I think it will be. Otherwise she might not be stable, standing on her tiptoes. I am sure it will be clear. David I go said the top of the compass will be clear, and it looks like the support is part of it.

Could be due to the rod supports. Maybe they can't use the same rod sizes for these smaller pieces....
