As I expected, another week since my phone call and still no shipping info or update regarding my return. Another call will be placed Monday, this is getting extremely aggravating. I will never order directly from ARH again, none of their EX add-on's are worth this hassle.

Well I got my new label over a week ago, it still has not shipped, no update on fedex and it has been 4 days and still no response to my email. I tried calling 3 times, no one picked up and still no word about my Poseidon even though i was told I would see a tracking number 4 weeks ago. Those emails have not been responded to either.. very stressful!

Tracking Info was finally scanned by FedEX almost 2 weeks after label created. Delivery date is Tuesday, I will update you on quality.
Would be nice for them to respond to my email, guess I will have to keep wasting my time at work to call them for updates on Poseidon.

Did you check with ARH to make sure they don't have any laying around? I didn't buy one when they first came out but bought one later when they had a sale and if I had known how good it was (aside from the second head, which is terrible) I would have bought it right away. It is fantastic. Good luck to you on getting one wherever you find one.

Thanks TNovak. I did contact ARH and they are all out of new ones and nick and dents. They told me to wait for one to pop up on Ebay or check on forums. Thanks again and take care.

I think Arkalogik (Dave at DestinyLabs) had one.
He does work for ARH and he had one where he repainted the hair on the EX sculpt. ...Nothing will improve that EX sculpt though 
Not sure if he sold it, might be worth dropping him a PM or email.
