Start with the skin on that one ... gray primer ... then base coat the skin areas with Raw Sienna then your flesh colors. The RS will take away the coldness of the gray base and give the skin tones more warmth.

Also a good idea to base the red areas in a dark red / maroon color .. then when you spray the bright red, it already has a darker shadowed base color to work off of.
