Prime 1 Grail 1/3

Regardless of pricing the market truly sits at 1/4th, I said since day 1 if this was 1/4th I'd be all over it.

I disagree to compare this to Dark Nights Metal as those are "Batmen" and anything "Batman" sells.

This was a greater DCU character aimed at hardcore DC comic fans, not Batman fans. This character went from the Justice League title straight to the Wonder Woman title, not enough Batman to get his rub.

So, Grail is officially a Grail. She existed, there are people who have seen her, we will talk about her, but no one will get her.
Hopefully Katana won't also walk on the path of the "grailization".

In my opinion, this is a sign of things to come. I think P1 bit off more then they could chew, and were taking people's cash for product that (in the end) they could not reliably deliver. Look at the situation with Ciri, delays upon delays, and then the product is rushed out the door (to some customers) but quite below standard.

I don't think this situation will be restricted to specific product lines, I predict this will occur across many of their "vapourware" offerings - could Red Sonja be next?

This character is so obscure is anyone really surprised? These types of uninspired female versions of superheroes/villians are bound to have limited appeal. Case in point the Bryce Wayne Batman statue that will also inevitably be cancelled.

Why do they greenlight these in the first place? Surely not because of the one or two fans on their facebook asking for them.

Just catching up that this got cancelled because not enough preorders??!! Why couldn't they just lower the ES and reduce the priority for people's budgets to get better?

Putting something up for preorder as your market analysis to decide whether you should make it is garbage. #badpractices

Would had ordered this later in the year or closer to shipping... what a shame...
