Yeah the box is in terrible condition. Since I'm travelling at the moment, Im getting my parents to receive my statues while I'm away.
I just don't want to ask my parents to open up this particular statue to check it for breakages.

Scary thing is that box only went from China to Aus. China to Europe or US, I'm actually terrified.

Why not get your parents to open this tatue?
Maybe just maybe they used foam corners to suspend the artbox the weak support andexplains the box. I'm trying here...

I really don't like the fact you didn't get a tracking number. These statues are expensive and I want to be home the day they are being delivered.
If this is a standard practice by ARH, I will write them off completely...
