I am with you. First time I have some interest for a PCS piece. + 1/4 and no fabric!
Thick thighs like tree stumps may be nice and funny in a video game, but in a statue's form, I think it’s just ugly.

The FGC/GameStop crowd clamoring for bigger derrières generally aren't buying statues anyway. Jerry's "vision" has always been centered around cartoonish horror monsters. He's alright with that stuff, hence Sagat being a favorite subject of his. Street Fighter carried his toy company and also PCS. He's lucky it had so many hapless fans desperate to throw money at it.

Okay, well, face-wise she looks like SFV and I'm glad PCS utilized that look as she looks great in the game.

I agree though the legs could be more muscular or more thick to match how she's looked since SFIII. Maybe different angles will show that better, but if not, what's shown so far still looks beautiful.

All of his licenses depended on very small dedicated audiences. It worked when he was the sole designer free of cost.
When he got to having multiple artists, employees, customer service and warehouse/office space all that costs money and clearly that dedication was insufficient and we got the mess of the past 4 years.

And yes I'll take a GREAT azz over a big one any day.

Surprised to see so many comments about Chun Li 1:3 has an unrealistic/cartoony body type. True it is a stylized look, the SF 1:3 line was always about fitness bodybuilder physique's. If you're not failure with Yuan Herong, she is a Chinese bodybuilder aka "real life Chun-Li". I don't think Jerry based the statue off her, but she has a striking resemblance to the statue.

The legs look good. Most female body builders only have more cuts to show muscles at their peak when they're competing. But on off seasons they have more fitness model tones. This swimsuit line just shows her on off season to me.
Sure it is a wonderful portrait.
In my eye, it fails to look like Chun-Li ..the portrait that is.
All 3 pieces form PCS in the swimwear line have failed in the portrait area.

“Failed in the portrait area”

Lol, it’s a Print of the game file.

It’s her from the game brought into the real world. You literally cannot get more accurate than that dude.
