Why can't prototypes that never made it to production be included? Thier still a part of the history of Sideshow. In all honestly, I wish we saw more of this kind of thing in these books. Things like sketches, idea's or prototypes that never wound up making it to production. I think that kind of content only enhances the book, not the other way around.

They're both on Amazon UK with free shipping.

I like this idea.

At the same time I can see several reasons why they might not want to do that.

They've been bothered by collectors so much about the things they show or tease us and never fulfill (Amazing Spider-Man 2, Hobbit, Cyclops LSB, Mara Jade, Iron Man Extremis PF, Cable PF, etc...), they probably figure if they show us unproduced ideas we'd just bother them even more about why can't they revisit it. I remember when the Mark Brooks Phoenix skethes surfaced, myself was included in those who were like "why ss!?! Go back and finish it!" I imagine they'd rather look forward than back.

Then the other side of it, I remember some of the JSC sketches for his Spidey statues...I think the final statues are all fine but for Spidey I'd actually prefer one of those sketches over the statue they delivered...same for the Aquaman PF...they probably don't want to consistently run the risk of showing sketches/mock ups that collectors might possibly regard as being better than the final product.

Just possibilities.

I'm seeing it for $55CAD on there. It would only cost me about $20CAD from SS (have it shipped to my pal in the US).
