Have not received my notice yet, but...
I just checked my sideshow account, my Sagat order lists shipping at $60 with the final due amount.
That's right at what I was estimating shipping to be.

I'm expecting at least 360$ and that times 2 including customs...AT LEAST 
*edit: just checked shipping is 320$ so customs should total at around 400$...and then there's the thai guardians of which shipping + customs is about 170$...man this hobby is EXPENSIVE for EU collectors

I also see my shipping cost for the Muay Thai Emperor edition to be $90 on Sideshow . I did not get a shipping notice either.

Sagat is not shipping yet (at least outside of China as far as I can tell) but should be any week now. The thai guardians start shipping in the next few days.

I am looking forward to this piece. Hopefully it doesn't have quality issues like the recent M. Bison. Chun Li 1/3 classic was near perfect. We shall see....

I asked this on fb but no reply yet. I suspect it's 1 HUGE box otherwise I think shipping would have been even higher, now it's about the same as 1:3 Goro.
