Wow very nice. I like it
Quarantine Studio has done a LADY DEATH - REAPER and her face resembles this one a bit. She is a bit expensive though.

Good question, I believe it was said to be up for pre-order Q1-Q2 this year. But it's been very silent, and I havent even been able to search myself to any info except the initial interview with Coffin Comics
