I've not ordered Rambo. I do remember Jerry mentioning 'hair' 'arm' updates. If changes have been made it makes sense to show them.

I can only think of two reasons:
1. The changes never happened, and you'll have to wait and see until you open the box.
2. Changes have been made, and they don't want to spend time on a new photo-shot?

There is always a 3rd option. Changes have been made, and PCS are not looking for feedback, as there will always be those that are disappointed.

Jerry is done and obviously decided he didn’t care about fulfilling the final promises me made to buyers on Conan and Rambo.

3rd party factories appear to have enough to do with casting, assembling, painting, packing.

I'd have thought all sculpting updates would be carried out in house at PCS, preferably by those involved in the original - Jerry (head) someone else (body).

There is zero chance a Chinese factory is going to do sculpting updates.
