Sadly the elderly are the biggest targets of fraud, theft, and other cons. Know my grandma had to have my parents take control of her money because her mind started to go and she made odd decisions like renewing to Reader's Digest for a year every month. My mom has Reader's Digest subscription now through 2032 (seriously) and my grandma died in 2009.

Of course, this requires having people you can trust to protect from others and yourself when you get older.

This is getting really sad.

Stan Lee Needs a Hero

At Marvel in New York in the '60s, he created the comic book characters that dominate the box office today. But at 95 and reeling from his wife's death and a fight with his daughter, Lee stands at the center of a nasty battle for his care (and estate) as one friend pleads for help: "He's in need of a superhero himself."

Jeeez... This is very sad indeed. I wonder how much of it is true. The video at the bottom suggests otherwise.

Well, reading the article, they are implying that he is being coerced/forced into making these videos.

I read one article where it said his daughter spends a lot of his money on herself.

so is Stan actually running his twitter account himself? Before it used to be just spammy type postings but now it appears to be him?

Sounds like it or maybe he hired someone else to do it.

I would think at his age, it would be difficult for him to maintain it
