"A Mosque in Munich".. fantastic book about a Mosque in Munich (Germany.. durr), and the various factions who've fought for it, over it, and because of it starting with World War II up to and through 9/11, and the relevance of the Mosque in inciting such conflicts.

Ian Johnson's fantastic at documenting this; he's a Pullitzer Prize-winning author, no less. He treats the subject with the utmost respect, and the book is never dull.

Just finished reading Great Expectations, and was not that impressed with it.

Started reading The Gargoyle by Andrew Davidson and seems interesting so far

Lol f***in' right. The Bunk said it best.

Twilight is an abomination to vampire lore.

BTW the SACD books are a fun read. I always loved Sherlock Holmes stories. I hope you enjoy them.

The sequel to the best Zombie novel ever written. My copy arrived through Amazon yesterday, and I'm half way through. Will post my full review (w/ light spoilers) and rank it a.s.a.p.. over on the zombie fiction thread (see link). I can tell you one thing after 1/2 the book, so far.........It's GOOD

Finished reading The Gargoyle. Really interesting read..it is a love story about a man who is a burn victim from a car accident who meets a woman who claims to have lived past lives..very cool.
I didn't know it was a love story before I started but found it a good read. I would like to hear the thoughts of others who have read this novel and what they think of the ending.

I just started The Great Gatsby today.
