Here's that riser set-up I was talking about a few days ago. Got them in today. I really like the tier display for the two of these. Saved a few inches of space doing it too.

I ordered them from Amazon. Just search for 'acrylic cylinder riser' and you'll see them. The size I bought was 4" in width by 6" in height.

Looks good, Aliz. Glad it worked out.

My Cap just arrived today. This is my third GG statue and the quality is exceptional once again. Solid piece and paint app is precise. I only unboxed him for inspection then repacked him for now. Going to have to do some rearranging before I can display him by BW. Risers might be a good option for me too eventually.

Captain America looks impressive, if a little younger looking than the source ref.

I will say that it's not an absolute perfect likeness to Chris Evans, and I know a lot of collectors are placing judgment of GG's piece based on his likeness. I can't really blame them as a lot of collectors are sticklers for head sculpts that have to garner a perfect likeness to the actor and/or actress. I'm more of a stickler for great quality, and this piece is soaked in it.

However, this one by GG comes really close to Evans in the Winter Soldier. I think if GG tweaked the eyes to give them a little more determination, then it could've been even closer to what you see in that picture above. To me, the eyes on this piece are just a little too relaxed, but they still look awesome and are in no way misaligned or googly.

The funny thing is that a lot of those collectors who automatically disregard Gentle Giant's Captain America because the likeness isn't their cup of tea are the same ones waiting to buy Sideshow's version, and the likeness on theirs looks nothing like Evans at all.
I see some likeness in there but the lack of 'life' and determination was the reason to not buy it-along with the fact that there is no Winter Soldier in the line, go figure-
