2014 brought a lot of changes to Gentłe Giant, but without a doubt, the company had a terrific year from beginning to end. Now, GG is bringing the heavy hitters to our annual awards!! Do you think that it has what it takes to take the crown? We are about to find out in a few days.

Yes they make quality,but it also is important to keep promisses.
Also release the product on time.
Anouncement of new mini bust for the collector.
This year is been very quit,and slow.
I'm not used that it is the Gentle giant I know.

We have to consider that Gentłe Giant went trough a lot of internal changes this year. Now under new ownership and management, things might change for the better. I am very hopeful for the future of the company. Gentłe Giant knows how to blow our minds with gorgeous art.

And the customer service has went to hell. As normal, the bigger a company gets the customer service seems to go downhill. The new web page is a cluster of 3D scans and images to purchase and their is no way to cancel orders on the new web site. I emailed customer service a week ago to cancel an order and I just got charged and tracking number on that order? But you have 3 days to contact them for any damage???

Unfortunately this is an underhand tactic used by a lot of online companies, they make it super easy to engage their product or service but extremely difficult to pull away. No doubt the correct link is hidden somewhere, but add poor communication and extremely slow response and you might as well consider yourself locked in.

The weeks around Christmas and New Years are probably among the worst to engage any business with customer service issues.
I called GG Monday and the woman I spoke to told me they were running a skeleton crew this week and took my info and said they would try to follow up when business more formally resumed.

Hey everyone...make sure to cast your vote in the small and medium scale categories.

Akuma vs Gouken dio is making a charge and steadily gaining ground on Harley Quinn in the small scale category, and the medium scale category is a very tight race!
