I agree that the Conan on throne would easily be the definitive movie Conan.
I don't think it would be SO big - sure, it takes up some more in horizontal space, but much less vertical. We're probably talking 50cm large (maybe less) - 50cm tall (45 to Conan, 50 to the top of the spear) - 30cm deep.
The Sideshow Dog Alien Maquette has similar measures and I don't see people struggling to display it.
Maybe Jerry could start with a more generic Conan, like the one in the kata pose or war paint, and depending on sales consider the one on throne.

As great as a Conan on throne might be, I wouldn't be buying that. Not interested in something that is shown so briefly on screen.
Then again, you could argue it would tie in with the upcoming movie.

Hahahah!! That is a brilliant idea since Bob Morton is such an iconic character... Maybe a diorama with the hookers and cocaine? All in 1/3?

Yeah I would want a King Conan on a throne but I don't think it would be good to lead with that.
He showed Sideshow what was up with his Lord of Darkness so I think he should do the same with Conan. Sideshow's was almost 6 years ago anyway?
I think we are ready for an improvement.

I like the Conan in the comics but I think there will be several selections from ARH that will fill that need even if they aren't 1/3.
Frazetta's Barbarian and Indomitable should be huge and hopefully wonderful.

Imho, for any non-movie Conan, Sideshow has the best ones. The new PF really nails how I picture Conan in my mind, and Fury of the Beast and Prize are awesome and dynamic pieces. I'd take them over anything ARH offered/teased so far anytime.
