Simply set The Batman (trilogy if that's what they want) before the events of BvS/JL etc and re cast. Problem solved.

Affleck just denied the rumours that he will be no longer Batman.

Of course he denied it. They usually won't confirm anything regarding a contracted role until the lawyers work it out but I can see why he'd want to leave and why they'd want to replace him.
All the other actors in Justice leage are in their thirties, which enables them to be around much longer, unless you want a 55 yearold Batman.

The rumours started because of alcohol related issues that Affleck was having and the fact that he just went through a divorce. His age was never a factor in all of this, actually it fits the character that they are going for, which is a more experienced and older Batman.
We have Warner saying that he will stay, Matt Reeves saying that he will stay and him saying that he will stay. And some random sites, with an unknown source, stating that he won´t. You know, the same kinda of rumours that said Wonder Woman was a mess, that people were not pleased with it´s first screenings. All I see is a bunch of unfounded rumours and some clickbaits.

They were aware of Affleck's age well before they started this whole DCEU so I don't for a second believe that's suddenly an issue. They opted for a mature seasoned Batman with an established history of rogues and allies. The possibilities for future films with him are endless. Affleck pulling back was, as stated, a result of his personal turmoils at the time, which he seems to be putting behind him now.

What you two have stated certainly makes more sense than WB suddenly trying to usher him out. I hope that's the case too because I really like him as Batman.

Affleck loves the f**k out of being Batman and for that alone he gets my support.

To be fair that was Snyder's vision, and the further this goes it's being put more and more in Geoff John's hands. At some point an older Batman can be a detriment to a franchise, especially since they're trying to build a universe in these films. Hell RDJ just hit 52 but, A. he looks good for 50 and easily plays a guy in his 40's and B. he's already done 10 years worth of films.
That's the other thing that's going to be killer for the DCEU, their scheduled pace has pretty big gaps and The Batman undergoing major changes at this point probably isn't for the best considering their schedule.
Warner needs to find someone to keep this thing glued together and keep it on a schedule that's maintainable but doesn't move at a snails pace or their going to find that their leads are 10 years older and they haven't touched on things they want to get to on film.
...sorry for the semi-rant

One thing Warner can do is follow the Disney model with Marvel Studios. They need a separate DC Studios with strong leadership and a dedicated team. The execs working on Ready Player One and Lego movies should have no involvement in DC movies. They need a team focused on making the best DC movies possible.
