Fix those googly eyes!
The straps on the legs can go, too. Other elements I recognize from comic costumes (body armor, hat flaps, scarf, etc). I like this head but a head with larger eyes would be very welcome.
Otherwise, this is mine.

Looking at the pic of the face again it looks as if the pupils are sculpted. If so there's no way they didn't notice the googly eye ahead of time. Maybe they did it on purpose to make him look crazy. Hugh FAIL if that's the case. They need to fix it.

Apparently no one is ever going to do a classic 1/4 Green Goblin, so I may have to succumb and settle for this. I'm sure it will look good next to their Vulture.
I kind of dig the execution of the unmasked display, but I'm not so sure the mask should have its own teeth. *shrugs*
