Gatsby 5/10 Boring. Feel asleep several times at the theater watching it, and that doesn't happen to me.

Star Trek Into Darkness IMAX 3D 10/10 Yes, 10/10. Non stop action, nice tip of the hat to TOS and twists. MUCH better than Iron Man 3 or the first Star Trek! Will be seeing this again tonight!

star trek Into the Darkness 9/10
About as good or a bit better than the first.
Better story\action and humor. Just didn't feel as original the second time around, but who cares

Personally I don't like Bones or Chekov in the original, not a big fan of the actors and I found their humor a bit too corny. However I liked them both better in this film.

Benedict Cumberbatch was a great addition and both Pine an Quinto where even better in this installment.
I hope they continue the series.

Did anyone watch Star Trek Into Darkness in 3D? If so, how was it?

I am not a fan of 3D, but this time it actually wasn't that bad. There were no obligatory 3D shots, blurriness was kept to a minimum, and it wasn't too dark. I still think I would have preferred the vividness that comes with not wearing those glasses, but the movie still managed to maintain a lot of it's color. The 3D effects themselves were also impressive. It seems to me that they were mainly utilized for immersion, rather than gimmicky shots of random objects being thrown in the audience's direction. Overall, I was quite pleased.
