The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

My contact reached out to me too, getting him paid and waiting for the shipping now. Your commission is amazing, I love David Yardin's art!

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Congrats to everyone getting their shipping confirmations! Mine just came in a few minutes ago!! But I’m gonna be out for a while so I won’t have time to unbox her just yet. Again thank you sooo much Todd for everything buddy! Everything was so painless compared to trying to jump through hoops in getting my previous XM pieces. DHL was ultra fast!!

Storm arrived today and I was very happy to unbox my first XM statue. Sadly that happiness quickly vanished.

One very little strand of hair was broke off but still in the box and it will be easy to glue back on - clean break, no big deal.

The base, however, was broken and cracked almost entirely in half. Needless to say, aside from looking bad, this is a major structural issue. I'm hoping my contact can get a replacement base but I see that XM marks individual serial numbers on their bases. Has anyone had a problem with a broken XM base before? Will they replace a whole base that obviously cannot be fixed?

I can’t imagine they wouldn’t give you a whole new base. They will probably require pics to determine the number, and then have you destroy the base even more.

I am crossing my fingers mine comes intact...my girl has to be perfect.

I've seen a few hair breaks but this is the first time I've seen a base crack.... I can't imagine your contact not being able to get a replacement base... XM is pretty good at taking care of their customers.. but since this statue is not licensed in North America you'll have to deal through your contact..

Only issue I had was one of her lighting earrings came off her portrait but a very small dab of glue fixed it and you can't even tell...

Finally got around to unpacking mine. Mine also had a broken off earring and small hair strand broken. Found the earring but for the life of me can't find the hair strand. Will look more today once I finish unpacking everything (need to inspect my base it would seem :-O )

XM will cover the damage's, It might take awhile! They will get you to send proof, then will claim it back through the shipper. Then send you out a new part!
