Filmation or 200X. I'm not interested in fancy re-interpretations.

Keep this line going in the exact style that SS set out to do before they abandoned it as usual. 1/5th. Bring on Sorceress first.

To be fair, there is an already existing statue line done in filmation style (Pop Culture Shock Collectibles) as well as one done in 200X style (Neca).
Personally I am wayyy more interested in getting some more characters done in the same style as the Sideshow statues than one of those before mentioned. But to each its own.

Filmation was already done by PCS. Their stuff was as close to the old animated series as you can get. Must have not been super popular as they eventually cancelled the line.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

They were quite popular. PCS needed to renew the license but had already done all the big hitters. I guess they weren't popular enough to fork out the cash for the license renewal.

They also made it through all of the main cast with exception of Merman and Ram-Man.

That said, I'm happy to see this new style continue, I'm just more interested in characters other than the main cast again.

The PCS MOTU line was beautiful, but I felt they were a bit too large for me...and definitely too expensive. I would love if Tweeterhead gave the Filmation designs a go -at least He-man and She-ra. I've never been a fan of the "concept" designs (like the Sideshow ones) though...
