Baseless?
They've canceled everyone's orders that went through partial.ly without a reason why.
They are actively reading facebook messages because it shows a time stamp when and they won't reply. Their facebook is bombarded with over a 100 posts of people asking what is happening and that they are calling their credit card companies to get refunded because Chronicle hasn't refunded them.
They've been seen emptying their offices, people went there today and it was empty as well. They won't answer their phone lines. One of their owners made a tweet on Sep 5th talking about ''companies come and go, talent is forever''
How is all this baseless to suspect they're bankrupt? Even if it was, what companies cancels orders on a Friday at 5pm without a refund or telling the company partial.ly what is happening. Then lets their facebook be attacked by a 100 people, talking about fraud and that they're contacting their credit card companies. What company actively in business what allow their reputations to be destroyed and let credit card companies investigate them for fraud? I've seen and read about companies that are bankrupt, almost always cancel orders on a Friday at 5pm...it's a tactic.
Their reputation is already destroyed, even if they were still in business, who could trust them. Some people are losing 1000's of dollars because it's past the time to get a refund with credit card companies. Sounds like Chronicle are crooks.
If you still think they're in business, I have a bridge to sell you.
They've had since Friday to make sense of this, they haven't. Regardless if they're still in business or not, not telling us something shows they're immoral.
