No special technique to make cape. I use various way depending of the cape :
- here i used a sheet of resin roughly put in form before hardening and i added the folds with epoxy Aves (then sanding, priming, sanding...)
- sometimes i use a metal mesh covered with sculpey
- sometimes i use a wax or plastiline support covered with sheets of epoxie
- sometimes i use fabric with resin
...
