The crack and paint chip on the base was larger than I initially realized. I really hope XM does me a solid and gets me a replacement. MoonKnight is my favorite superhero and After a replacement base, this statuewill be perfect. What do you all think?

Anyone put together images of all the seam issues everyone (or maybe just some) is talking about? Or would that just rock the hype boat?

It's not an issue for me. The seam is where the hood meets the cape, but the cape is so wavy and flowing that I don't really notice the seam.

Seam issue isn't a problem for me. You cannot see it at all when the statue is up high anyway. My only problem is the cracked base I have, as long as I get a replacement, I am totally fine. I think that me having a cracked base, is the only thing I care about, lol. I am not even remotely thinking about tiny gaps.

Good luck on fixing the base issue. I will say with the pass most people are giving regarding the seam is there some credibility to the argument that other statue companies like Sideshow are not given an equivalent eye? Or is it a matter of Design (seam is ok) versus QC (just can't seem to make pieces fit right, etc).

You might have a point in regards to Sideshow. I know that Sideshow would replace the base, seeing how there is such a significant chip/chips. I only hope XM, with all the high praises as a company, will replace my base. Hope someone from XM sees this. Lol.

I contacted my third party person, the one who I purchased the statue from, and he sent them an email. 😊
