I hear you, luckily BF is looking to be very light for me this year so I could not pass this up. I had no idea they did BF sales on the UK site as well.

Do you know if the packaging on this set is the same as the US version? I ask because the UK Universal Monsters set was considerably different. Personally I preferred the US version on that but couldn't pass up on the savings the UK set offered.

It looks pretty much the same to me, the only thing they don't show on the UK set is a slip cover case for the booklet that holds the films. The booklet itself looks exactly the same though.

I still haven't picked up the Uni Monsters set, but will go with the UK set to save $$$.

edit:

I actually looked at it again and I think it does come with the outer box, but the art matches the art on the booklet cover. The US version has different art on the box.
