I painted up this one for my own collection as an experiment.
I've posted this one before on this forum, so my apologies if you've seen it before!

The paintjob looks great.
but even with this very amazing paintjob I think I would prever the Black and White look because it's how it's drawn in the first way.

I'm not so sure about the coloring of these statues... I would love it if they decided to redo them at twice the size.

If done right, it can make for an interesting alternative, for example:

The beauty of the original art and the brilliance of Neal Adams was his grace and how smooth the line work was. His son's take is pretty cool, but I wish they had spent more time smoothing out the rough edges. And since this wasn't in the B/W series, this should have definitely been created in color.

I'd buy the Neal Adams version in a minute. Should've been in color to begin with!

I know DCD seems to focus on the "big three" more than there other very worthy characters, but if they were to take the entire Batman B+W line, colorize them, and make them FS pieces (I hate to be cliche and say "Bowen scale" but its the only measure I know) would you be interested? I'm betting the price point would be $180-$200, but would you follow this line as faithfully as many of us have done for the B+W?
I dont think I could afford this many pieces, but I would definitely jump on the Bolland, Rizzo, Jones and Steve Rude pieces.
What say you?
