I had to send my Arhian back for repaint & Just received her back, pretty happy with the repaint by Arahom she seems to be more tan

So what is the status for the damaged Arhian? I was told i would be able to sent it back and so far i have no news...

If it's broke you send it back and they fix it... But there is a time frame you have to let them know about damage. If you already sent it back, just call and ask for an update...

I think for international customers they are still working something out to send back to the factory.
Give them a call and ask?

Got my repaired statue back from them and i'm very happy with it. They went above and beyond in fixing everything that was wrong with it. Great customer service and i'll be happy to buy from them again.
