Supanovas (Brisbane & Melbourne) 2011!
For those not already aware, David Finch had to cancel his Supanova Brisbane & Melbourne attendance and reschedule to Sydney and Perth.

Also just noticed additional TV/Film star guests for Supanova Brisbane and Melbourne - Simon Pegg and Nick Frost - OMG! I love Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz!!! Best,

I saw that today mate!! Shattering news about Finch, looks like I'm getting on a plane! LOL AWESOME news about Pegg and Frost though!

my brother's response to this news:
"he probably found out supanova was held at a shed in the middle of nowhere"

very disappointing in any case, no international comic guests currently on the schedule then?

Well, Dave has previously attended Supanova in Brisbane back in 2004 and I've since spoken with him at San Diego Comic-Con where he enjoyed his Aussie experience.

Rather then possible disappointment with the venue, I believe he may have double-booked himself with other commitments and had to re-schedule.

Steve mentioned that Greg Capullo will be attending Brisbane and Melbourne and I am presently assisting the Supanova principals to bring further international guests to Brisbane and Melbourne.

Unfortunately, many have other work and con commitments and are unable to fill guest spots at short notice where the originally announced guests have cancelled or re-scheduled. Rest assured that Daniel and the Supanova crew are doing their best to bring further international guests to the Brisbane and Melbourne cons! Best,
