Question Removing the paint off a vinyl kit ????

Can someone post the best way to remove paint from a vinyl kit. I picked up a few old Horizon kits and they were partially painted. I want to remove all the old paint and then fill in the seams and repaint. Thanks.

Beavis - Try shooting them w/ Easy Off Oven Cleaner and then put it in a plastic bag and let it sit for awhile. Depending on the layers of paint and sealer, it may take several hours.

You can also use Wesley's Bleche White tire cleaner.....just soak it.

Polly S ELO (easy lift off) has worked on vinyl for me.......so had Castrol Super Clean in the purple gallon jug. No matter what you use........be sure and use gloves. Some of this stuff can cause some nasty chemical burns.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.
