As far as the poll goes, absolutely not. Once the ES is set then it should never change. That's one of the things that pisses me off about Sideshow.

I do feel bad for you, but like others have said this piece is still a ways off and it just got released today. Keep checking here and retailers and I think you'll be able to get one eventually. Circumstances happen so you never know...

What are the retailers again that carried this? BBTS and Specfiction, anywhere else where it might pop up?

AFAIK XM will never change the ES once it's been set.
It's their stand.
And they'll stand firmly by it.
