Psylocke was an easy pass for me, I never would have bought her with that suboptimal face. And then came the X-Force variant out of nowhere and I was in.

I do need a replacement and I’m now on day 15 waiting for a response. Tried to follow up several times and they keep telling me that they’re “checking with the inventory team.”
The inventory team are, apparently, located in a remote region and can only be reached by carrier pigeon.

Nov. 6, I contacted them and sent pictures. Nov. 14th I received a general "we're sorry to hear about the damage, we're checking our stock," generic e-mail and nothing since.

Same boat I’m in though i received the second e-mail sooner than you did. They must be waiting for people to send theirs back or something. I would prefer an honest answer over waiting in limbo. With the issues this statue had and the limited run they should just have some more manufactured.
I had issues with another statue and already received replacement confirmation within two days of contacting them.
