Yeah it's a classic Mai pose that shows off her best attributes 
Super excited for this IS are fantastic imo and for them to do FF/KOF is a dream come true will definitely pick her up and hope that we'll see more down the line.

wow! this took me by surprise as I wasn't familiar with the studio. beautiful face sculpt. how's the quality of the production piece from Infinity Studio compared to kinetiquettes? (or any other studios that will be doing this line)

My review of their first release Zhao Yun. From what i have seen this sort of quality is consistent too.
I'd put it up there with any XM piece.

I've seen a few that don't. I think the best one is a custom or modified version that has her mid jump. I thought I posted it around here before.

Btw FYI, we are the only officially licensed studio outside of Japan doing KoF currently. This is probably a one off display for the event.

SNK ain't rich and commissioning a statue while denying the studio to profit from it doesn't seem like the current trend nowadays.
