Miss Bowen, alot of his stuff is being copied to 1/4 statues. He took bigger chances (also 1/6 cost less) and did lots of variants that we never get from SS or XM.
I think he could still make it now, but it is more saturated than before. Don't know if it would take him alot longer to make profits like before. So he maybe happy just doing his own thing now.

Mad respect for Bowen, not just as a sculptor and businessman, but as an art director as well. Not only did he make great pieces but he did characters in costumes that other statue companies seem to be allergic to.

I look at the likes of MODOK and Mojo and the detail is pretty amazing. A lot of the later stuff was really taking off in terms of detail while still keeping the comic book look. Would be interesting to see how they'd look now if BD was still going.

Modok and Mojo were K Bros sculpts plus designed and pitched to BD by the Bros. They were not your typical BD pieces ...But yeah it would be interesting to see if BD progressed if Randy kept going ...

I'm sure he'll be back again, the conditions of his divorce don't end until 2021, he is teasing fans by constantly posting pics of his statues on insta.

Rocky got 1/2 the business and 1/2 of any profits for 5 years after the divorce. So Randy just stopped everything for 5 years.
