he also said that Black Adam might be around February

he will be pairing down on switch out pieces because it would put a delay in the statue being shipped since it takes longer at the warehouse to produce

still working on Wonder Twins

The Addams Family line is dead-cannot get some likeness rights I believe

Superman and all replacement statues will not be shipped until next year

will be making website updates and adding an archive section

emails being sent to Tweeterhead before were going to a folder that neither he or Gwen were aware of

a 3rd person will start working for him in January answering all emails and Customer Service issues from 9am to 1pm (assuming this is West Coast time but he did not say)

Chad is shutting down Facebook messenger

Cannot think of anything else

Oh, next video will show the infamous Robin base which will be in January

Chad will be updating the expected delivery list on his website

Chad also had a meeting with the Warehouse and they worked out a timeline from when he would like to have the statues finished to when he do pre-orders so a more accurate ship time can be posted

No he said Darkseid would be January, The mystery statue would be February and Poison Ivy would be March. Somebody asked about Black Adam and he did respond possibly February

Hurray for a single e-mail and adding a team member. I'll bet customer service receives a nice boost in response times. Shutting off FB messenger is a smart move. You can't get any work done with nerds constantly PMing you.

I definitely agree with you Sonic Boom

I definitely can see using Facebook as a second website for promoting new statues and shipping updates and showing previews of statues but your business website is where all of that information should be, at least in my opinion.

I think it was great at the start but you cannot have running conversations with customers when you are trying to get anything done. Shutting it down was a long time coming.

I do hope on the next video that Chad does that we get a little bit of an update on Hawkwoman. I know that was probably put on hold to get other pending issues resolved but I am wondering if we will be seeing the finished product at all in 2020.

And I definitely can understand wanting to keep a list of statues under wraps but it would be kind of nice if we knew what statues we’re going to have PO‘s what month. I guess I am thinking more less in the terms of budgeting or anticipating “oh I want to put a down payment on statue X in August“. Since he did give that list to his warehouse I’m going to assume he will be pretty much adhering to it.
