For comparison i'm almost sure Lobo, to the top of his head, is 24 inches. Which is a great "massive" figure.

size looks perfect to me, im guessing venom would be similar to hgh and make everything bigger. you guys ever see olympia contestants in person? that stuff makes all the muscles in your head and face grow too, they look like horses

Venom has never given him a big head in the comics (unless I missed something). I really don't think his head is too big though. He's just a big dude. Hulk has a big head and Bane's is definitely smaller than Hulks. The Spider-Man PF has a significantly bigger head than Batman, but it doesn't look too big.
