Was having a discussion with a few guys at my LSC. The consensus was that people would have preferred if the Man of Steel and Art of War lines had followed the limited palettes of the Batman and Harley lines.
Ideas included the Superman line being done exclusively in metallic shades of grey/silver with the skin areas done in a flat tone like the Batman ones.
The idea for WW was to give the pieces a Greco-Roman marble/stone look.
I had to concur to a large extent as it would make these lines unique and stand apart from action figures ect. in the same scale.

Could still happen. DC seems to be re-releasing their statues as variants all the time. I agree it would be cool to see some of the WW Art of War as marble/stone or even bronze like they did with others.
