wow. im not a huge fan of the new 52 either but i can respect the fact that they are trying to keep things fresh. i also would like to see the original WW and Supes. but i have to say this is a very cool piece. very well sculpted and designed. maybe they'll be doing two different versions. if not we could always get both or one and customize it to the original characters.
wonder what scale it is and how much its going to cost. i just might have to pick this one up if not two.

Yes, you are completely correct. The idea of two super powered people being together as opposed to superman with a woman he could hurt/kill with a sneeze is so lame. Why would two people physically compatible getting together be seen as lame? Not to mention they always draw WW super hot or at least attractive. I would date WW if she were real, they only problem would be she could hurt/kill me with a sneeze!

I waited so long to get a WW and Supes statue together....lovingly that is. I did see the "Forbidden Lust" statue so time ago but its not a statue that I would want to have in my collection. Risque, yes but I do have people living in my home as well so its not appropriate for me to display it.
This statue is everything that I hoped for. Its an automatic purchase for me. I just love it.

I was prepared to be annoyed that they're doing a second Superman/Wonder Woman dio when there are so many pairings that deserve the treatment, but the fact that it's such a different approach from the old one is cool.

Love the sculpt but not a fan of this storyline. Thankfully WW own storyline hasn't got this nonsense. I love the new WW costume so hopefully we see some good statues of her without Supes.

The old trope that Clark could never date Lois because he would kill her is silly. Clark has more than enough control of his powers to keep Lois safe at all time. He is Superman after all.
Clark and Diana might be physically compatible, but they are not psychologically compatible as has been obvious in the decades of previous comics. Of course that all changed with the nu52, but that's one of the reasons the nu52 is so bad: the characters neither look nor act as they should.
But that's just my opinion, YMMV.

The "Forbidden Lust" looks pretty awful.
