I'll reserve judgment on the costume until I see it unfettered without the color splashes, but I get more of a "Metropolis" vibe from the poster design (and the costume, which seems almost armored and similar to the "Maria" robot design, especially at the crotch area). As for the '84, that's when the movie is set (1984) but hell, considering the thematic similarities of Orwell's 1984" and Lang's "Metropolis" it may be intentional.
We'll see....

I like the DC Super Hero Girls interpretation of Cheetah. She cheats at everything she does -- classes, athletic competitions, etc. She's a cheater, get it?

Rumour is there is more to the costume so it could very well be the Eagle Armour. It could even make her fly. There are quite a few stories where she dons that Eagle armor when things get intense, like when she battled Genocide.

No pictures of her yet. At CinemaCon they showed some WW84 teaser footage and reports were that they showed Barbara Minerva but not as Cheetah, just hinted at:

I immediately thought of Maria, too.
