Oh yeah. I loved it. I bought the Criterion Collection version of it, well worth it.
I also bought Rosemary's Baby on Criterion Collection, and Night of the Living Dead (Thanks for recommendation Hellboy). Two of my all time favorites!

My pleasure. Enjoy the transfer if you haven’t already. As someone who has owned probably 5 different versions of this film over the years just since the Laserdisc days it was great to see it looking & sounding better than ever.

Would you recommend watching it on a big screen, or is waiting for the home release okay? I mean do the action sequences justify the price?

This was the 1st movie I've ever seen in IMAX. $42 for 2 tickets & my son & I both looked at each other during the show & whispered how unbelievable it looked on a huge screen. The cgi is some of the best I've ever seen & warrants a big-screen experience. The monsters are spectacular as is a scene I hadn't even heard about which was equally impressive. It was the human story that bogged the picture down.

Thanks for the response. I was on the fence; but I'll definitely try to catch an IMAX showing now.
