I get that different locations in the galaxy can have vastly different societies, these pictures though make me think of Lady Gaga meets Tim Burton. I am not feeling any "Star Wars" yet. Perhaps in the right context on screen it will fit in.

I hear ya on the photos. I definitely expect the context of the film to change the feeling of what we're seeing here. As is, it doesn't look very Star Wars like, I'll give you that. The fact that it's not trying to though is kind of encouraging in that I see them willing to branch out and take some chances this time around.

Ah that little guy is probably on screen for a few seconds as his home is destroyed by the First Order.

You know where he'd look perfect? On a lunchbox, would be so cute.
Let's check out Wookiepedia:
Space Snookems: otherwise known as Snookies
Snookies search the galaxy looking for a special friend to hug and sing songs with.
They are often found holding hands.
Awww.

Exactly. It will be what makes Phasma seem like a badass. Killing cute lil lunchbox buddies for sport.
Reminds me of a sea otter - so damn cute!
