That's a 40 pound weight 20x18x31 inches, much larger than Blanka.

Yeah comparing it from one place to another is not really the same :/ It is completely different to ship from the US to somewhere as opposed to somewhere from the US, even if it is the same shipping service some times.

I'm probably missing something.
But I only see costs of between 400-500 dollar where you mention 105 dollar.
We need to subtract the initial cost of the statue from that value?
I looked several times at the pics. Apologies if I missed out on something.

I appreciate that PCS are giving us discounted rates, but when the regular rates are as ridiculous as they are, even an 80% discount doesn't make the cost acceptable. The percentage increase on what we were paying a few months ago is just too high.
The big couriers have a monopoly and they are abusing it big time. If UPS are just as expensive, and USPS have a policy that is unacceptable to PCS, then I think there is no short term alternative. We need that European warehouse...

USPS (which is by far the cheapest option) or European warehouse - otherwise I unfortunately will be out of the PCS game soon.
I never had any issues with USPS, by the way.

He's saying that if you walked into a UPS store and tried to ship it the price would be stupid high, about $400-500. They are getting it discounted that to a quarter of the price.

This shipping cost looks really acceptable and far from expensive.

Yep, I just paid $357 to have a smaller piece shipped from Singapore to Chicago...
Was pretty put off that shipping was almost as expensive as the piece!
