Galctus Mini-mates max has an awkard pose and i am not a huge FF fan. So i decided to skip it. On the flip side, the sentinel version has a much better pose and the mini-mate style works well with the sculpt. Get the sentinel piece if you're deciding on which one to buy.

Okay, what's the deal with these mini-mates or bust-ups or whatever these doodads are called? Are these things taken seriously?
I mean, as odd as this might sound, they're kinda adorable in that "My little pony" or "Powerpuff Girls" type way...
Are these meant for the 4-10 year old crowd? What is the target audience?

They are like little lego type guys. I think the target is 8-25 IMO. I started out getting them when they first came out and people at my LCS kinda laughed cause they thought they were kiddy like. Now when a new set comes out everyone wants to get in on them and the variants and I just sit back and laugh because they belong to me.
