Of course the word “Approximately” written on the box is their disclaimer, but to me it’s unforgiveable. Everyone in this hobby knows that even an inch (especially 2.5” in height) is a huge difference!

I think they left out the word "BOX" - Statue Box Dimension..
As that's the dimensions of the box
with that being said, this statue is awesome and i recall Ray mentioned that the scale of this statue is the same scale as his Bowen Logan statue.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Well, I'm not sure I'd agree with the claim that it's "fairly small". I get being disappointed that it's a couple of inches smaller than DCD's specs, but it only looks small when standing next to all those large Sideshow statues in your pics.
To be fair, it WAS compared to a Bowen statue and the Wolverine Vs. Sabretooth dio in the other thread.
You're right, though - you didn't slam it in your review or compare the quality to Bowen/Sideshow so the slams are undeserved... I guess it's just defensiveness in lieu of the constant DCD bashing that it's just assumed that's what someone is doing when they stick a DCD statue in the same pic with a Sideshow/Bowen statue.

Hey... I took scale shots!
I always take scale shots when I post new pics of statues.

To even show a link about my dislike for the small size of the Cover Girls statue is rediculous. My opinion (or mini review) discusses the Batman vs. Killer Croc statue for what it is, without any comparison vs. another statue. Besides, other than the false manufacturer's claim of height, the review was positive.
I'm sure some people will value it, while others will be quick to whine (like they always do) when someone makes an honest critique about something they own. They are statues for crying out out, not your child, so don't get so defensive.

You are right. The Batman Vs. Croc piece is far superior in quality, product and value to that Bucky Cap you have there which is the same price for less than half the product.
P.S. I posted size comparison pics for you as well in that other thread to help you make this informed decision. I am glad I could help bring this wonderful piece into your home
P.P.S. I love 1. My kids 2. Batman vs. Croc 3. My wife
